This body.
I’ve put this body through it.
It’s given life.
It’s broken World Records.
It’s won a National Title.
It’s been a Lightweight, Middle Weight, Heavyweight and back down again.
I’m proud of this old rig.
Blessed to be able to keep putting miles on it while just using what my momma and daddy naturally gave me. 🤙🏾

Gliding feels so much better on these bum hips. A lot to clean up technique wise but I’m looking forward to putting in the work. 🤙🏾

My number one goal this off season: take care of my body. My hips can’t take as many reps as I used to so I’ve been pretty strategic with training/throwing.
The best thing about this opener is it was my first pain free games since 2024. Well, outside of the hard slip on the wet grass during LW 🥴 that hurt and scared the 💩 out of me 😂
