16 patients a day isn’t a career. It’s burnout with a paycheck.

You didn’t become a PT to see 16 patients a day.

You did it to actually help people. To have time to think. To give real care, not rushed care.

Cash-pay practice gives you that back. Fewer patients. More impact. Pay that reflects your skill.

We coach PTs through building their own cash-pay practice, or joining ours.

Comment MORE and we’ll send our top cash-pay tips plus a link to book a call.

This is what a full evaluation looks like when you’re not racing a productivity quota. Force plates, both legs, landing mechanics, all in one session. I couldn’t do this on insurance. Cash-pay made it possible, and I won’t tell you the switch was easy. It wasn’t.

Comment MORE if you’re a burnt-out PT curious what direct access actually looks like day to day. I’ll send you the real version.

I used to believe that too.

Then I left the mill.

You know the one. 4-6 patients an hour, documentation piling up, and you can’t even remember the last time you felt like you actually helped someone.

Cash pay PT exists. And it works. Patients pay $50-$75 per session in copays alone through insurance, often more once you factor in their deductible. They’re already spending the money. They just deserve better care for it.

And so do you.

If you’re a PT who’s burned out, underpaid, and ready to actually practice the way you were trained to, DM us. We’re building something different.

cupping works by increasing blood flow, releasing fascial tension, and calming down your nervous system which means less pain, faster.

it’s one of our favorite tools in the clinic because people walk in hurting and walk out feeling like a different person.

if you’ve been waiting to book your cupping session, now’s the time. dm us “cupping” and we’ll help connect you with a physical therapist near you.
