I’ve been busy making new items for this Saturday’s Austin Artisan Market at the Punch Bowl Social-Domain from 1-6pm.

Preparing for an artisan market sounded like such a good idea… several weeks ago. Since then I’ve made new jewelry, reorganized my display 27 times, questioned every pricing decision, and remembered that “meeting new people” is actually part of the process. If you come by my booth, don’t worry if I’m a little awkward. I’m much better at making jewelry than making small talk. Come say hi anyway. I’ll probably relax after the first five minutes. Maybe…
Most jewelry gets one job.
A kilt pin brooch apparently missed that memo.
They can be placed on sweaters, jackets, scarves, hats, canvas bags, jeans, shoes, ties, costumes… and apparently Toby has decided they’re dog accessories now.
My personal favorite changes weekly, but Toby remains convinced he wears it best.
