Roasting some green beans from Primos Coffee Co. From Nicaragua…. Pretty cool roaster, takes 15 minutes to roast & 5 minutes to cool down inside the roaster.

U need to try this easy taco…..beans & Serrano’s on the bottom, 1 egg sunny side up, & cheese with pepper.
