10 years ago I had the joy of making an album with this beautiful group of humans including a tiny one that was growing in my belly! Our next Laboratorio Arts performance, Sept 20th at Paramount Theatre , features some of those dear friends: Bill Frisell Brannen Temple & David Pulkingham teaming up with more dear Laboratorio Arts friends: Alex Marrero Orkesta Mendoza & Roscoe Beck to play music inspired by the film 🎥 Bolero Inmortal & Mexico’s epoca de oro of music and film.. We’ll play a few from the album, Lola, as well. Graphics & projections by the one and only Luke Jacobs 🖤.
