Michelle Young
since I was a child...
And I’ve always been a fan of being in a state of flow.
Michelle Young is a bilingual, multi-disciplinary creative being (author, singer-songwriter & more), strategist, producer, promoter & wellness professional who is passionate about bringing dreams into reality & reminding people that we are never alone. I’m Michelle Young, a multi-hyphenate creative being,
author, singer, strategist, producer, promoter and wellness professional who is deeply passionate about bringing dreams into reality, helping people to find and stay in their flow, and reminding people that we are never alone in this wild human experience that we call “life”. My work has been featured in publications like Billboard and Variety, I’ve worked on award-winning teams that are at the forefront of trends and marketing on a global level, I’ve shared my music and poetry in places like the GRAMMY Museum and the Rose Bowl; and I value opportunities for connection, giving back and helping people to find their flow and be in tune far more than any of these facts or accolades. I’m deeply neurodivergent, and thanks to my ADHD, I’ve been multi-passionate and doing some form of everything that I do (creating, producing, promoting, sharing spaces for healing, etc.)
After everything that happened here in Puerto Vallarta on Sunday and Monday, my nervous system was fried.

If your nervous system feels fried… try moving through it. 💃🏻
Lxs amo!! 🤍

I know the world feels like it’s on fire everywhere, so here’s something that has helped me for years:
Cry until you can’t anymore… then jump (and dance).
👀 Benefits of jumping:
• Releases adrenaline and helps complete the stress cycle after fight or flight.
• Rhythmic movement regulates the nervous system and signals safety to the brain.
• Stimulates the vagus nerve and lymphatic system, supporting emotional regulation and energy flow.
• Twisting the torso wrings out fascia, where tension and memory are stored.
• Letting sound come out while you move helps your body process what words cannot.
If your nervous system feels fried… try moving through it. 💃🏻
I love you!!
