In the middle of my moving crazy out of Texas, I’ve been doing some pretty good buying and selling in my new state of New Mexico. These sold today to a Texan traveling through.

I drove 10 hrs to get this sign all the way to Muskogee, Oklahoma. This sign was from Kay’s restaurant in that town. Kay became Mary Kay and the face of the cosmetic industry and pink Cadillacs. A police officer in Dallas is buying it. One just never knows! Everything has its season. I enjoyed this one for a good while!

How many of you have played around with AI? I have the paid version of chat GPT and cannot believe the things I’ve done with it. I’m not talking about erasing years of wrinkles and adding 6 pack abs to a photo or cute dog stuff. I have done that but…Serious life organizing business stuff and I barely know how to utilize it and it’s been life changing! Get on board. Like it or not 2026 is going to be all in AI. Not for fluffy fun photos but for real life organizational and getting your life, heath, financials in order s**t! It’s a serious fun learning curve too! Ready or not, hate it or not…it’s on like donkey Kong!
