(From a month ago) Getting laid off isn't on anyone's to-do list but let me tell you.. Its the best thing that has happened to me in years. I was struggling so hard working full time and I just felt stuck. I tried so hard to have enough energy after working to do things for myself, create, socialize.. But I just couldn't. I was barely keeping up with self care, no energy to work out, create, ideate, clean, dress up... As a creative, I'm pretty sure that's what hell looks like. Chained just out of reach from ur abilities and purpose.

That lack of life right there is how invisible disabilities are disabling. They take your ability to live a balanced life away, and everyone scowls at you like "Well you LOOK fine and *I* can do it so you should be able to, too!"

Chores backed up and got put off for months, things I needed to do got back burnered so hard that I forgot about them all together. I don't even want to admit how long I went without being inspired to lock into a flow state... It was months fam... Months of black & white. My life felt 2D. My days off were just recovery. No socializing, no dancing, just breathing and scrolling since that was the only accessible window I had into the world. I have continued expressing myself at least over on tiktok so I was still creating, but only at like 5% power. Knowing full well the POWER I have in my soul and the multitudes of projects that I was caged just out of reach from... I'll never trade that much of my ability to live for that little ever again. EVER. Again. I was STARVING.

This flow video represents the amount of joy and energy that was released from my being like a firework the very day I got laid off. You can see my color returning... I can breathe again. 😭

I am selling hoops, teaching again, and writing the books abt everything I learned while healing and about cyber security after I got stalked. I am doing paid consults if anyone needs advice or help (Any bookings help me a LOT right now).

More wiggles and things from ren faire 😊💃✨ I finally got to try a turkey leg! Was on my bucket list, anyway 😋 I also had one of the best croissants I've EVER had out there but I always forget to get videos in the moment! I just be livin man. Mostly I can remember to set my camera down and leave it on but that's about it 😂 Gonna work on that BC there was so much to see and experience out there! Can't wait to go back :)

I love my dragon wands so much, having a compact flow prop that I can bring multiple of anywhere has been such a game changer. Ever since I quit drinking I realized that I've been so attached to flow my whole life because it is SO regulating for me - I never imagined that my desire to dance, play, wiggle was inherently linked to my ability to soothe my nerves. My body knew faaaar before my mind did, and now I'm on a mission to share my love for these arts with everybody. 😊💜

Pro tip: You can lick your gloves if you need to press a button on your phone 😆🙌

Costume 2 this year! I just wrapped up doing some serious work and I deserved two celebrations ☺🔥 What did y'all get up to this year? Any favorite costumes you saw? Somebody was Justin Timberlake "d in a box" at the show I went to and I cracked up every single time I saw him 😂😂😂😂

TT guessed my costume theme first - "It ain't no fun when the rabbit's got the gün" 😏😎✨

Reporting in from the rabbits side - its actually REALLY fun over here 😆🙌🔥 As with a lot of my art this costume theme and idea came from themes occurring in my real life. I have dealt with so much abuse that now that the tables have turned, there are a few situations where because I was underestimated things are not looking too great for the abusers.

Learn from their mistakes: Silence doesn't mean stupidity, naivety still comes with 20/20 vision down the road, and a pretty face/tail doesn't mean a dumb mind. Sometimes people who know no better are placed directly in the path of abusers to learn from & test both parties and... Well, I passed mine. Can't say so much for the other folks. 😂

Maybe make sure the rabbit doesn't have a bazooka next time (or don't FAFO at all), idk. 😎
