We’ve got a COO in the house! Tiff has made a huge impact on the follow through and accomplishment of our goals and mission here at Miscellaneous. Let’s talk EVENT SETUPS! Here’s our little list of tips to consider BEFORE vendors start lining up at the loading dock on the big day:
🌦️ Never forget that Texas weather be wildin’ and that rain/wind/flood/volcano plans are NOT overrated
📆 Create a loading dock schedule, send it to all parties involved and designate someone to oversee its ex*****on on event day
🅿️ Notate nearby safe, accessible and long term parking that’s box-truck friendly
🗣️ Overcommunocate when it comes to your setup logistics, spacing, entrances and exits and keep in mind we’ll be carrying heavy things!
