We have tied in the upper walkway to the old garage roof
We put stairs in part of the garage making it now a 1 car garage.
The lower walkway will be open.
The upper walkway will be covered.

We started the upper covered walkway that will connect the existing house to the new build.
The existing 2 car garage will be converted to a one car and will have the stairs that lead to the second floor addition.

The addition is complete.
We think it turned out great!
It looks like it’s been part of the house all along.

The framers are taking a needed break from the heat to watch World Cup Soccer, Mexico v So. Africa. Mexico with the victory!
