Sonic Guild is a young and vital new model for arts patronage created with the support of and by the founder of the Austin Music Foundation. Our Mission is focused solely on funding the creation and performance of new music by the fine musicians who play the clubs and coffee shops of our amazing city. Sonic Guild is a social and connected community of music fans dedicated to good music, good times and the sustainable success of Austin’s local musicians. Together our Members find great bands, gather to see them in intimate shows and award them grants to help them create and perform new music. 🚨 AUSTIN. THIS LINEUP.

This Saturday, 9/26, three wildly different corners of Austin music collide at Hotel Vegas for our next Emerging Artist Showcase.

A grant doesn’t end with the person who receives it. It ripples outward.

KXAN recently sat down with renowned Austin producer and 2025 George Reiff Producers Grant recipient Stuart Sullivan to talk about community, collaboration, and what direct investment in music can make possible.

Sullivan used his $7,500 Sonic Guild grant to work with Austin artist Lindsay Beaver (Lindsay Beaver) on a new six-song project, giving them the resources to hire musicians, spend more time in the studio, and fully realize the songs. The project is already attracting management and label attention.

“My job is ultimately a service job. I am helping people achieve their goals,” Sullivan told KXAN.

That’s exactly why we invest in producers. Supporting the people behind the music means supporting the artists they work with, the musicians they hire, and the music communities they help sustain.

Thanks to KXAN for sharing Stuart and Lindsay’s story and congrats to the 2026 Grant Recipients.

This is the Seattle summer evening you’ve been waiting for.

Tomorrow night, we’re heading to a rooftop in Greenwood for sunset, skyline views, and performances from two artists who know how to make time slow down.

Tiny Vipers creates songs that feel like they’re drifting in on the evening air, intimate, hypnotic, and impossible to rush.

glass egg creates hazy dream-pop full of warmth, texture, and the kind of summer-night emotion that lingers long after the song ends.

There’s something special about hearing music like this outdoors on a summer evening, surrounded by a community of people who genuinely love supporting Seattle music.

Members can RSVP now, and guests are always welcome.

See you on the rooftop!
