For the record, there are no national or federal building codes. There are model codes that states and municipalities can choose to adopt and enforce. As someone who works with dozens of home builders every year, I can confidently say that the last thing ANYONE wants or needs are fewer building codes and regulations.

Seeing my own yard signs under the new brokerage was pretty cool. However, seeing Cat’s sign actually felt 10x cooler! Congrats on the new listing, Cat!
