New at Present Practice ✨ Meditation with Ravelle, every Tuesday & Thursday at 10:45am
Ravelle is a clairvoyant healer, meditation teacher, and somatic coach bringing a completely different style of meditation to the studio, built around intuitive development.
This isn't the "clear your mind and sit still" kind of practice. Ravelle works with your mind, helping you access deeper parts of your consciousness, understand your own energy versus what you're absorbing from others, and actually transmute what's happening in your body so it stops running the show.
If open & unstructured meditation has never quite worked for you, especially if you're neurodivergent, ADHD, or just running at entrepreneur/corporate speed with a mind that won't quiet down, this one's definitely worth trying. Ravelle built this practice because it's the style that finally worked for her.
The tools you learn in class come home with you. This is meditation you can actually use in your relationships, your work, your everyday life.
Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 10:45am

An evening of Yin Yoga + Breathwork designed to move beyond doing and into simply being. 🪷
Through long-held postures, mindful stillness, spacious breath, and Expanded-State Awakened breathwork, this practice invites the body to soften, the mind to settle, and habitual patterns of tension, holding, and control to loosen.
A space to explore your nervous system, move what’s ready to move, and access the parts of yourself that can be difficult to reach through thought alone.
Clarity. Creativity. Release. Connection.
An Expanded State.
Join Iva + Sam for 2.5 hours of yin yoga and breathwork this Friday 7-9:30pm✨

Meet Gioconda!
Gioconda Parker, ERYT-500, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and Master’s-level Transpersonal Psychologist, has been teaching yoga for nearly three decades and practicing somatic therapy for over ten years. Her work integrates the wisdom of yoga, the science of somatics, and a deep respect for self-inquiry and personal transformation.
Gioconda’s foundational asana teachers include Shiva Rea, whose embodied flow shaped her understanding of movement, and Rodney Yee, whose energetically informed alignment continues to influence her teaching. Over many years, she has studied with a wide range of teachers across disciplines, but credits her greatest teacher as her own personal practice and the ongoing work of living life with awareness.
Her teaching spans vinyasa, slow flow, and yin, approached through a lens of befriending the body, honoring the nervous system, and balancing movement with stillness. Gioconda’s teaching and therapeutic work are deeply psycho-somatic, reflecting her background in Somatic Experiencing and her commitment to supporting students and clients in healing, learning, and integrating at every level.
Students and colleagues consistently describe her as wise, intuitive, steady, empathetic, and grounded — a teacher with deep knowledge and the lived experience to hold space with clarity and compassion.
When not traveling to teach or study, Gioconda calls Austin home and spends her time teaching, reading, writing and enjoying life with friends and her dog, Ash.

Today is Austin's Free Day of Yoga. Come practice with us, free, all day long! 🤎
If today is your first time at Present Practice, we're so excited to welcome you with open arms. We also recognize that starting somewhere new is a lot. A schedule full of names you don't recognize, teachers you haven't met, and no real way to know which class is the right fit.
So we made Passport, our new intro offer: 30 days of unlimited yoga and pilates for $59.
And it starts with a conversation. Fifteen minutes with one of us, where we'll ask what brought you in, what your week actually looks like, and what you're hoping to feel. Then we'll choose your first classes together and book them for you. The right teachers, at times you can genuinely make, for reasons we'll explain.
Picture this: you walk in on a Thursday and the front desk greets you name. Your teacher already knows it's your third class. Someone you met last week waves from the back row.
That's the part that is so special about a home studio. It isn't just the classes. It's the community.
Practice with us today and we'll hand you a code for $20 off your first month. Come to any class, stay for a chat, and leave with $39 Passport if it feels right.
We'd love to help you find your rhythm.
