Katy also holds the titles of Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). When she’s not selling real estate, she serves as a volunteer with the Austin Trail Foundation and frequently jogs Lady Bird Lake’s Hike & Bike Trail. One of her favorite indulgences is spoiling her nieces and nephews, and serving up a mean margarita.
