LSKD is taking over BATHE SUNDAY! We’re joining forces with LSKD.usa for a Sunday morning built around movement, intention, community, and every attendee in the room is walking away with gifts from LSKD!

From 11AM–12:30PM, MK leads Serenity Flow, a guided yoga journey that moves directly into a sound bath and intention setting. All levels, all welcome, all of it held inside one of Austin’s most beautiful wellness spaces.

Then at 12:30PM the soaking garden takes over. DJ social, cold plunges, mineral tubs, and LSKD merch on site for anyone ready to shop.
