Happy Autumnal Equinox‼️💫
May you find the Balance you desire.

🤺We're all being shaken out of of comfort zones.

What are you no longer willing to participate in? Where have you betrayed yourself and no longer want or need to perform?

How do you know what area of your life needs attention? Is your body "talking" to you with aches and pangs? Is your mind swirling with future or past projections?

✨️Drop the stories and bring your awareness to the present moment. Focus on a few deep breaths while you allow your body to move through the feelings... stretch, bounce, shake...make sounds if it feels good.

My work supports Clearing your field: from your beliefs, core trauma and nervous system, to your DNA and ancestral lineage. Reach out if you'd like support. Https://starlightwellness.life

Today is the 9/9 Portal. Completion codes are active.

This isn’t just another day — it’s a spiritual moment to close soul contracts, release the old story, and make room for what’s next.

If you’ve been feeling the urge to let go — of patterns, personas, people — you’re not imagining it.

The energy is real, and it’s sacred.

I just shared a short teaching on how to work with the 9/9 energy and why this day matters so much for your soul evolution.

Let the old story burn.
Your next chapter is waiting. 🌌

Everyone is talking about eclipses 🌒... endings and beginnings, loss and change, emotional and shadow healing.

And...
Remember 💯🔥 to extract the gifts of the season, as we move through this wave.

👉 Loss can become wisdom.
👉 A disappointment can become clarity.
👉 A closed door can reveal a direction you couldn't see before.

Something new can be born from what ended. And suddenly, what ended isn't only something you're leaving behind.

It's something you're carrying forward differently.

Reaching a next level...
A new conclusion is what's showing up for me and I wanted to share that perspective.

Sending you all so much love for this next season!

If an experience matters to you, can you let that be enough....?

The ripple from the last solar eclipse is shifting everything... Can you feel it? How is it showing up in your life?

"Your field is not just sensitive—it’s permeable. Without conscious tools to remain centered within it, you may find yourself drifting into the unspoken needs of others, mirroring unprocessed emotions or tracking the unsaid in a room before your own breath has landed. "It's one thing to care.
It's another to carry..
And many of us have been quietly carrying:

👉The unspoken needs of those we love
👉The weight of how others feel around us
👉The pressure to hold the emotional tone of a space
👉The expectation to make things okay even when they're not ours to fix

This is not compassion it is compression.

It's what happens when you're nervous system fuses safety with service." - The Center Holds, my book in progress
