The House Energy and Commerce Committee has advanced 16 bills to the full House, including the Motor Vehicle Modernization Act of 2026. The measure moved forward by a 48-1 vote as part of a larger markup and continues the conversation around vehicle safety and modernization issues affecting the automotive space.
