World Alzheimer’s Day is a time to recognize individuals living with Alzheimer’s and dementia and the families, caregivers, and teams who support them along the way.

At Tech Ridge Oaks, The Cottage is a place where meaningful moments happen every day. From shared laughter and familiar routines to moments of connection and joy, our Memory Care neighborhood is centered around creating experiences that help residents feel known, supported, and engaged.

We’re proud to stand alongside those impacted by Alzheimer’s and Alzheimer's Association to raise awareness, encourage understanding, and remind everyone that every mind matters.

National Assisted Living Week gives our community plenty of reasons to celebrate, from themed activities and shared traditions to unexpected moments of laughter and connection.

Most of all, it was a chance to recognize the residents who make each day memorable and the team members and volunteers who help create an environment where everyone can stay engaged, supported, and connected. ✨

With this year’s theme, “Shining Through the Years,” Tech Ridge Oaks Assisted Living brought leadership, residents, staff, and healthcare partners together for a celebration honoring the people who help us shine. 💛

We enjoyed pizza from New Century Hospice, snow cones from Bristol Hospice, shining star treat bags from St. David’s, desserts from Kindful Health, and snacks from Gracy Woods II Living Center , Enable Dental, and Heart to Heart Hospice.

We’re grateful to our partners for helping us make our staff feel so appreciated! ⭐
