We are a home based rescue organization; our cats are cared for in individual homes.
Mao, is chocolate seal point boy. He is the handsomest, sweetest guy! A faithful work assistant, all-star nap taker, and great conversationalist. He’ll occasionally climb onto you for some up close snuggle time, but mostly likes to share space while doing his own thing. He’s a social guy and hates to be closed off in a space away from his people. Our favorite Mao-isms are his yawn-meows, his unique loaf styles, and his post-wet-food zoomies.
Someone looking for a constant companion would be perfect for this gorgeous Siamese gentleman.

THANK YOU to everyone who joined us at Tomlinson's Feed this weekend!
We had a wonderful afternoon meeting so many amazing potential adopters who spent time getting to know our kittens and visiting with their foster families. There's nothing better than watching those special connections happen as people learn about each kitten's unique personality and find the one that just feels right.
We're excited to share that one lucky kitten found their forever home! While not every kitten went home that day, many received lots of love and attention, and we're hopeful that more forever families are just around the corner.
A heartfelt thank you to Tomlinson's Feed for once again hosting us, to our incredible foster volunteers for sharing their time and knowledge, and to everyone who stopped by to support Austin Siamese Rescue. Every conversation, cuddle, and share helps our rescue continue its mission of finding loving homes for cats in need.

Sebastian fought so hard.
Over the course of just one week, he suffered multiple seizures a day and was rushed to the emergency room four separate times. His condition rose and fell, and despite every effort to save him, there was nothing more the veterinarians could do. We are heartbroken to have lost him.
This kitten season has been one of the hardest Austin Siamese Rescue has ever faced. We are seeing more kittens than ever come through our doors, many of them requiring urgent, specialized, and incredibly costly medical care. ER visits, diagnostics, medications, hospitalization, and around-the-clock support are stretching our resources to the limit.
Sebastian’s story is devastating, but it is not the only one. Right now, our team is doing everything possible to save as many vulnerable kittens as we can.

Sushi is an 11m seal point Siamese with major "Feel It Still" energy. She's outgoing, playful, frisky, and loves other cats.
Ready to vibe with you like it's 1986.
She loves to follow her foster mom around the house to “assist" with chores. Sushi snuggle sessions have quickly become a favorite activity in the foster household. She likes to run after toys, wrestle, and jump for string toys.
She has such a loving personality and really wants someone to be HER human. She has done very well with foster family's 7 year old.
Sushi is diabetic, but she's honestly very easy to care for. She eats her prescription food and takes her oral medicine with zest.

What a wonderful day at our 06/20 adoption event at Tomlinson's on Burnet Road. this past weekend!
We are thrilled to share that four adorable kittens found their forever homes during the event. Seeing these little ones begin their next chapter with loving families is what rescue is all about.
We also had the pleasure of meeting so many cat lovers, supporters, and potential adopters who stopped by to learn more about Austin Siamese Rescue and the cats in our care. Every conversation, cuddle, and share helps us continue our mission of finding loving homes for cats in need.
