A Unitarian church and a Houston coffee shop went to federal court over the signs Texas asks property owners to post about fi****ms. Burdensome, they said. Ugly. Intimidating. Everytown for Gun Safety was behind the case, and it went all the way to the Fifth Circuit. Thirteen judges lined up on one side of the question. Three lined up on the other.
