High schoolers just casually hitting sub-4 minute miles now? 🤯😒

𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻’𝘀 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 👀 7th grader Angie Alder set a 13-year old age group world record AND middle school national record when she ran 4:38.25 in the mile at the 2026 Brooks PR Invitational!

The previous middle school national record was 4:40.16 held by Sadie Engelhardt.

𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻’𝘀 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 👀 Gabi Pessanha continues her reign as the Queen of Jiu-Jitsu after claiming double gold at the 2026 IBJJF World Championship 🥇🥇

With these victories, Pessanha makes history by extending her record for most World Championship medals by a female black belt to 12 world titles and tied the record for the all-time absolute world record title with her win over Tayane Porfírio in the absolute final.
