Keith has been with Tarka for 12 years, starting as our 2nd-ever Kitchen Manager at Round Rock before transferring to open our Northcross location. After a 3-year hiatus, he came back and now serves as our Area Manager โ basically our resident problem solver, handling everything from missing ingredients to walk-in coolers that quit on us!
