Kace has been part of the Signature team since February 2025, bringing his passion for customer service and all things resident experience to the team🏡✨

A proud UT grad of 2026 with a degree in Economics and a minor in Business, Kace is ready to take on his next chapter at Signature—and we couldn’t be more excited to have him leading the way! 🤘🧡

Hey Sig Squad! Move out is less than **3 weeks away**, so here are a few reminders to help make the process as smooth as possible!

1. Please make sure your apartment is thoroughly cleaned and all trash and personal belongings have been removed.
2. Return all keys to the front office no later than 12:00 PM on July 26.
3. Have an amazing summer! We wish you all the best!
