A little behind-the-scenes look at not one but two houses we have under construction. Both at the framing phase.
Our Butler House is getting a much needed update an addition going from a small 3 bed 2 bath to a large 4 bed 4 bath with an office, game room, massive kitchen and a Master Ensuite that over looks the pool.
Our Wismer house is getting a massive addition that will take this house from approx 2400sqft to 4500 sqft of conditioned space with a massive 3 car garage and shop, and sky bridge. Keeping the view of the hill country in the back

**LAKEWAY PROJECT | IN PROGRESS**
A little behind-the-scenes look at one of our current full-home remodels in Lakeway.
While Atria offers in-house design services, we also love collaborating with outside designers when our clients already have a design team they know and trust. Great projects are built through great partnerships, and we’re always happy to collaborate with another talented team in the process.
For this Lakeway remodel, our clients came to us with the incredibly talented Keim Design team, and we’re excited to be working alongside them to bring the vision for this home to life.
There’s still plenty happening behind these walls before we get to the finished spaces, but the transformation is already taking shape.
We’ll be sharing more as this one progresses. It’s going to be a good one.
