Recipe from BlueCottageBakery Makes 1 sheet pan (10x15). You can double to make 2 if you need. Ingredients: 2 sticks soft butter (1 salted, 1 unsalted) 3/4 cup white sugar 3/4 cup light brown sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 2 1/2 cup all purpose flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips Instructions: Mix the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar together for 2-3 minutes until light & fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Add vanilla and mix. Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until combined. But don’t over mix Add chocolate chips. Grease 10x15" nonstick pan. (I was using 12x16) Use parchment paper to spread dough evenly in the pan. Bake at 350°F for 15-18 minutes. Let cool in the pan before flipping onto a cooling rack.
