Healing from toxic people. Reclaiming yourself. Subconscious Reprogramming • Animal Medicine • Energy Healing
✨ Heal it. Feel it. Become.✨

09/25/2026

When you survive abuse from a narcissist, sociopath, or psychopath, the aftermath can affect you in ways people don’t always see.

You may actually LOOK like what you’ve been through.

Your eyes can look tired and sunken. Your face can lose its color. You may look in the mirror and feel like you aged overnight.

Your spark feels gone. Your energy feels different.

But please hear me:

THIS IS NOT YOUR NEW NORMAL.

Your body has been carrying what your mind and heart were trying to survive.

So give yourself permission to heal.

Protect your peace. Step away from what keeps reopening the wound. Get quiet. Feel what you need to feel. Don’t suppress it. Don’t escape it. Don’t pretend you’re fine when you’re not.

Feel it to heal it.

Do the inner work. Reprogram the subconscious beliefs created through survival. Release what was never yours to carry. Reconnect with your body, your energy, and YOU.

And learn to surrender.

You don’t have to force your healing. You don’t have to know exactly when you’ll feel like yourself again.

When your nervous system finally begins to feel safe, your body may realize just how exhausted it actually is. You may sleep more. You may feel tired in ways you haven’t felt before.

That doesn’t mean you’re going backward.

Your body may finally be catching up on the rest it couldn’t safely take while you were surviving.

So rest.

Sleep. Slow down. Give your body permission to recover.

You do not have to be productive every second of your healing.

Rest is part of healing. Surrender is part of healing.

And one day, sometimes in the most unexpected moment, you’ll look in the mirror and realize something has changed.

Your eyes are brighter.

Your face has color again.

Your energy is different.

You’re laughing again.

You’re present again.

You’re ALIVE again.

The spark you thought they took from you was never theirs to take.

It was simply buried beneath everything you had to survive.

And as you heal, you don’t just get yourself back.

You discover versions of yourself you never had the opportunity to become before.

So if you look in the mirror right now and barely recognize yourself…

PLEASE DON’T GIVE UP ON HER.

This chapter is not the rest of your story.

Your spark is still there. Your vitality is still there. Your beauty is still there. Your life is still there.

And in perfect divine timing, you will feel yourself coming back.

Not the old you.

A healed you.

A freer you.

A more powerful you.

And one day you’ll look in the mirror and realize:

They didn’t destroy you.

You were becoming someone they could never control.

Silence doesn’t mean you have nothing to say. In fact, you probably have a lot to say. But you’ve realized that no matter what you say, it won’t change a thing. Because you’ve already seen the mask slip. You know how they move.

It’s all a sick game to them—manipulation, control, taking what they can or grooming the perfect flying monkey. And when the truth starts to show, they play the victim, twisting the blame onto you for the chaos they created.

So you move in silence. That’s wisdom. That’s power. They want you to react, to get out of character, to feed into their drama. Don’t give them that satisfaction. Protect your energy. Master it.

Do the inner work to find your balance, so no one can shake your peace. Love the quiet, the stillness, the life you deserve. You are worthy of it.

Happy healing, y’all. Stay solid. Stay free. ✨

My sweet Winnie Woo Woo. 🤍

She was born at my animal sanctuary, one of 14 puppies, but from the very beginning, there was just something different about her. She was calm, gentle, observant, and had the sweetest little soul.

During this lifetime, she was attacked by a big dog and lost one of her eyes. But she never let what happened to her change who she was. She still loves. She still plays. She still makes me laugh. And she is absolutely thriving.

I’ve had so many dogs, and I love every single one of them. But Winnie… she’s just different. She has a softness about her that you can feel.

Maybe that’s the reminder she carries for all of us:

What happened to you doesn’t have to harden you.
What you’ve lost doesn’t take away your ability to love.
And being different doesn’t mean you’re broken.

Sometimes the sweetest souls are the ones who have been through the most. 🤍

Keep choosing love. Keep being you. Keep thriving.

THE THING YOU JUDGE THE HARDEST IN SOMEONE ELSE MAY BE THE VERY THING YOUR OWN SUBCONSCIOUS IS USING TO SHOW YOU YOURSELF.

Read that again.

Because judgment is rarely just about the person standing in front of you.

Maybe you’re a fruitarian judging someone who eats meat.

Maybe you’re someone who believes every dog should be spayed or neutered, and you immediately judge someone who chooses not to.

Maybe you judge someone for the way they parent.

The way they dress.

The way they spend their money.

The relationship they stay in.

The relationship they leave.

The way they raise their children.

The way they heal.

The way they grieve.

The way they live.

And you might genuinely believe, “I’m judging them because they’re wrong.”

But stop for a second.

WHY does it bother you so much?

Why does their choice get under your skin?

Why does it activate you?

Why do you feel the need to convince them, correct them, criticize them, shame them, or make them see things the way you do?

Because sometimes the person you’re judging isn’t the real source of the discomfort.

THEY’RE JUST THE TRIGGER.

And sometimes there is another layer underneath it all…

CONTROL.

The need to control how someone else chooses to live.

How they parent.

How they care for their children or their animal children.

Whether they choose a holistic path or a Western path.

What they eat.

How they heal.

What decisions they make for their own lives.

Sometimes the lesson is learning to release the need to control someone else’s choices simply because they don’t align with yours.

You don’t have to understand someone else’s choices to stop trying to control them.

You don’t have to agree with someone else’s choices to stop making those choices your personal responsibility.

And you certainly don’t have to insert yourself into every decision that doesn’t belong to you.

Because when someone else’s life becomes something you feel compelled to correct, monitor, criticize, or change…

IT MAY BE TIME TO LOOK INWARD.

Your subconscious doesn’t separate the judgment you project outward from the judgment you carry inward.

And sometimes what you condemn in another person is connected to something you have not made peace with within yourself.

Maybe you’re judging their freedom because you don’t feel free.

Maybe you’re judging their choices because you’re afraid of making your own.

Maybe you’re judging their body because you’ve been taught to judge yours.

Maybe you’re judging their healing because their way of healing challenges what you were taught to believe.

Maybe you’re judging their authenticity because you’re still afraid to be completely authentic yourself.

And sometimes it’s even deeper than that.

Sometimes another person’s behavior activates a wound, a fear, a belief, or a part of yourself you’ve spent years trying not to look at.

So instead of going inward…

You point outward.

Because it’s easier to find something wrong with someone else than to ask yourself:

WHY DOES THIS TRIGGER ME?

WHAT IS THIS SHOWING ME?

WHAT AM I AFRAID OF?

WHAT AM I STILL JUDGING WITHIN MYSELF?

Because there is a difference between seeing something and becoming consumed by it.

There is a difference between having an opinion and believing everyone else needs to hear it.

There is a difference between living by your own values and trying to make everyone else live by them too.

And sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is release control.

Release the need to correct.

Release the need to convince.

Release the need to be right.

Release the need to make someone else’s choices your business.

Because the goal isn’t to stop seeing differences.

The goal is to stop making someone else’s difference a threat to your own sense of self.

The next time someone really gets your feathers ruffled, pause before you point the finger.

Before you decide you need to correct them.

Before you decide they need to live the way you would live.

Before you make their choices your problem to solve.

Pause.

Take a breath.

And look in the mirror.

Because they may have just handed you one.

And the question isn’t always,

“What’s wrong with them?”

Sometimes the real question is…

“WHAT IS THIS SHOWING ME ABOUT ME?”

And maybe the real freedom isn’t getting everyone else to live the way you think they should.

Maybe it’s finally releasing the need to control what was never yours to control.

Not every opinion needs to be shared.

No more scrubs. No more half effort. No more people who only show up when it benefits them.

You’ve outgrown the version of you that accepted crumbs, made excuses for inconsistency, confused potential with reality, and kept giving chances to people who kept showing you exactly who they were.

Your standards aren’t too high. Your boundaries aren’t too much. Your discernment isn’t you being difficult.

You simply stopped negotiating with what costs you your peace.

If someone wants access to you, let their actions speak.

Because at this point, you’re not looking for someone to complete you.

You’re looking for people who actually know how to meet you where you are.

09/18/2026

THE PRETENDERS ARE STARTING TO REALIZE YOU WERE NEVER PRETENDING.

And that realization is a hell of a thing to watch.

Because when someone has built their entire reality around performance, manipulation, mirroring, deception, and creating whatever version of themselves gets them what they want, they can start believing everyone else is playing the same game.

They assume there has to be an angle.

There has to be a motive.

There has to be something you’re hiding.

Because they know what THEY would be doing.

If they’re cheating, they suspect you’re cheating.

If they’re lying, they assume you’re lying.

If they’re manipulating, they look for the manipulation in you.

If they’re committing fraud, financial abuse, identity theft, or other forms of deception, they may become convinced you’re doing something similar.

Not necessarily because you’ve given them a reason to believe it, but because they are filtering reality through their own behavior.

It’s projection.

And sometimes it’s also strategy.

They try to get one step ahead of you because, in their mind, everyone is trying to get one step ahead of everyone else.

So they accuse.

They investigate.

They provoke.

They create stories.

They look for inconsistencies.

They try to expose the “real you.”

Except eventually something happens that they never expected.

They discover there was no secret version of you.

No hidden scheme.

No elaborate performance.

No mask behind the mask.

You actually were who you said you were.

The person they thought was pretending to be kind was actually kind.

The person they thought was pretending to be loyal was actually loyal.

The person they thought was pretending to have integrity actually had integrity.

And the person they thought they could manipulate eventually stopped participating in the game entirely.

That’s the part that can be so fu***ng wild.

They spent so much energy trying to figure out what you were hiding that they never considered the possibility that you weren’t hiding anything.

You weren’t pretending.

You were healing.

You were growing.

You were becoming more aware.

You were learning your worth.

And while they were trying to construct a version of you that made sense within their reality, you were quietly becoming more and more yourself.

Sometimes the greatest exposure isn’t proving what someone else did.

It’s simply becoming so authentically yourself that their entire narrative about you collapses on its own.

Because eventually, the pretender has to confront something they never expected:

You weren’t playing the same game.

You were never pretending to be real.

You actually are.

You deserve to look at yourself and see beauty, not flaws. To love the body that has carried you through every chapter, honor every part of who you are, and treat yourself with the same tenderness you give to everyone else. Self love begins the moment you stop searching for reasons to be enough and realize you already are.

And here are a few more affirmations to help you remember just how worthy you are of your own love.

I look at myself with loving eyes and see the beauty that has been within me all along.

I love and honor every part of my body, exactly as it is. My body is worthy of kindness, appreciation, and unconditional love.

I choose to care for myself gently, lovingly, and intentionally because I know I am worthy of the same love I so freely give to others.

I release the need to criticize what I see in the mirror and choose to celebrate the beautiful, unique person looking back at me.

I am learning to love myself more deeply every day, embracing every part of who I am and knowing that I am already enough, exactly as I am.
