Some of our team recently had the chance to tour several of our homes at Cinnamon Shore Realty. Our residential work in the community continues to grow, with several homes underway and nine currently in progress. To date, we’ve designed over 30 homes across both communities—each one a little different, but all approached with the same level of care.

It’s been great to see these homes taking shape in person. From vaulted ceilings with light-filled cupolas to elevated splash pools and thoughtfully crafted trellises, the details really start to come together on site. Interior spaces, like bunk rooms, are designed with real use in mind—making it easy for multiple families to gather and share a home comfortably.

It’s a balance of variety, intention, and livability across every project.

We’re proud to celebrate the promotion of two exceptional leaders to Principal: Lucy Park and Helen Ochoa.

Their dedication, integrity, and deep understanding of both process and design reflect the very best of who we are.
