Online ordering available through our website rockstarbagels.com Rockstar Bagels is a neighborhood bagel shop and wholesale production facility in East Austin founded in March 2009. We provide Austin-area coffee shops, grocery stores, food trailers and cafés with fresh products, while the walk-up window, opened in March 2014, serves the neighborhood locals breakfast and lunch. It all started New Year's Day when Joe Humel, a hungry, out-of-work drummer decided to feed himself. After some research, recipe-experimenting, and securing a loan, Rockstar Bagels came to life. The locals loved the product and kept asking for more. Fast forward to today -- we're still slinging the best bagels on the east side. We're growing and evolving with this ever-changing city -- partnering with over 100 local businesses and constantly developing new menu items. So pop on by and get your day rocking.
