Building sustainable habits. Your health is your greatest strength! biz: [email protected]
You’re gonna want to save this one:
1. Reduce decisions by building systems
If you’re asking the “what am I gonna eat today” question fresh every single day, nip that in the bud now bc every choice you have to make in the moment is a chance for the tired, stressed, 8pm version of you to override the plan. so I wouldn’t decide anything in the moment at all. Choose staple meals you love and can eat on repeat.
2. Keep tiny promises (and track them)
you’ve broken so many promises to yourself over the years that you don’t even believe your own “starting monday” story anymore. rebuilding self trust doesn’t happen off one big dramatic win it happens over time keeping the teeny tiny boring promises to yourself over and over until you KNOW you’re the woman who doesn’t miss.
3. Specific, not extreme, steps
If you’re already thinking about the entire food groups you’re gonna cut out and setting that alarm 3 hrs earlier than you’re used to so you can go burn off calories for an hour on the stairmaster when you’ve barely even walked the past month, that’s setting yourself up for disaster. specific isn’t the same as extreme. “walk 20 minutes after dinner” is specific. “become an entirely different person overnight” Is extreme and is not gonna hold til Jan 1st.
you already know what happens if the next 4 months stay exactly the same:
Christmas eve, taking the group photo from the back row again (or just volunteering to take the photo so you don’t need to be in it), telling yourself “I’ll REALLY start in January” for the 4th January in a row...
or, January 1st you’re wearing those goal jeans, feeling confidentttt AF in the front of the group photo because you kept your word to yourself since fall 😍

no, it wasn’t just beef and potatoes. Here’s 3 more things I did from my house to lose 115 lbs (you’ll either do them or you won’t) 👇
Real quick, comment or DM me FORM for my full weight loss guide.
1. PLATE. I ate a high-protein, whole food calorie deficit. I developed a system I could rely on for every single meal, on good days and bad. If you’re dead serious about this, get a scale and at least 90-100g protein in per day.
2. MOVE. 20 mins a day 5x a week. no gym membership, fancy equipment, or “I’ll start when things calm down.” Crocs, PJs, idc. 20 minutes was the bare minimum I never let myself skip, even on the “bad” days when I was huffing and puffing about it.
5. STANDARDS. some days I didn’t feel like it. In fact most days. I did it anyway. not because I had more discipline than you, because I’d decided this was just who I was now, not something I was still trying to become for the 7th year in a row.
stick with the plate, the move, and the standards, NOT if you “feel like it”. give it a couple weeks bare minimum and you will not recognize your body OR your brain.
if you want EVERYTHING I did, step-by-step (the plate, the workouts, the mindset reset, all of it) comment or DM me FORM and I’ll send it your way 🤎
Most women are unknowingly choosing temporary comfort over themselves every single day.
Behind closed doors at 280 lbs, I was always abandoning myself. One hard emotion away from the drive-thru, one stressful day away from breaking my promises, one social situation away from sacrificing what I actually wanted just to keep the peace.
Constantly choosing the moment over the long-term vision, then wondering why nothing changes.
You cannot build a body or a life you love from a place of constantly abandoning yourself when things get uncomfortable.
Your body knows when you’re not showing up for it, even when you keep saying “I’ll start Monday.” Motivation will never fix this but building non-negotiable self-trust will.
I lost 115 lbs naturally because I finally stopped abandoning myself.
Inside FormHer, I mapped out the exact steps I did to make healthy living permanent.

115 lbs down.
The 5 S’s that saved my life after a decade of obesity:
1. SELF-CONCEPT: I killed the narrative of being “the big girl” trying to lose weight. I stepped into the identity of a healthy, capable woman right now.
2. SIMPLICITY: Whole-food meals that leave me satisfied and align with my goals. Eating clean gets to be simple and delicious.
3. STRUCTURE: A proven system to fall back on when motivation leaves the building.
4. SMALL WINS: Micro-habits that build unshakeable self-trust over time.
5. SUSTAINABILITY: If I can’t imagine doing it 3 years from now, I don’t do it.
Most women glaze over the fact that staying stuck in garbage self-treatment is an active choice. Waiting for someone else, a doctor, or a quick fix to save you will keep you trapped forever.
Respecting your body starts with a single decision to hold yourself to a higher standard today.
I packaged the exact 5 S’s, my plug-and-play nutrition formulas, micro-movement routines, and workbook prompts into FormHer.

What I’d tell you if I wasn’t afraid to hurt your feelings:
NO ONE IS COMING TO SAVE YOU: I was in a constant loop of searching for the right plan, the right diet, or the right timing but you cannot outsource your own power.
ELEVATE YOUR INTERNAL STANDARDS: You want consistency, respect, and devotion from other people, yet you give crumbs to yourself? Your outer reality reflects your internal baseline.
YOUR STORY IS YOUR PRISON (OR YOUR HEAVEN): Telling yourself “I’m just big,” “I always quit,” or “my metabolism is broken” becomes your exact reality. Once you burn that story, your body follows. You should make decisions DESPITE your circumstances, not because of it.
Waiting for the “perfect time” is just a sneaky way of delaying the uncomfortable decision to hold yourself accountable. Your identity either cages you in or carries you forward.
I mapped out the exact reframes, daily habit structures, lazy girl meal system, and more inside FormHer. It’s designed specially so that you AWAKEN to your own power.
