New Achievement! Gaslit By A "Brewer"

Congratulations Crawler! For the past few weeks you've endured posts with cryptic clues and pictures that look like they were posted by your half senile, racist grandfather trying to be subtly political without getting yelled at by your great aunt.

Ninja Turtles, Adult Swim shows, salt flats, mango seeds, a bad picture of Queen Anne, Seattle, and an atrocious image created by an inferior AI all assaulted your eye holes just so some sweaty dude could troll you while he threw fruit into a perfectly good pale ale.

Now you're stuck with 2 geeks dressed like dollar store versions of Carl and Donut running around the Avondale Warehouse District acting like they're clever because they changed one letter in a phrase and slapped a label that's borderline copyright infringement onto a can of beer.

I know it's not technically gaslighting, but who are you, the psychological buzzword police? Screw you!

Reward: Mango is Appalled

This started off as a perfectly good pale ale recipe. Then some Mordecai wannabe decided to use Sabro hops instead of a more traditional hop and further bastardized the style by throwing a bunch of mangos into it!

Get ready for grumpy old guys who like to tell you they've been to Germany shouting, "Don't you have any beer flavored beer?!?!" across the room when they see this one on the menu. Ignore them, they're wrong.

This "beer" starts off with a huge tropical aroma and a sweet touch of mango that would make Kiwi jealous. Sure there's fruit in your beer, but it quickly gives way to the crisp pale ale that's hiding in your glass.

Is it a great beer? Yes. Will you be able to get 8-Bit Aleworks to ship cans to you? Nope. Unless you're Matt Dinniman, they'll probably make an exception for him.

Tomorrow's the big day of the reveal!

We're pretty sure this last clue is going to give it away to at least a few people.

NOTHING in this image is by mistake!

We're only a few days away from all of Ryan's cryptic clues on the secret beer. It'll be out this Friday on draft and packaged to go.

This one is a huge hint but the last one will probably give it away!

Happy Tuesday!

Today we're tapping a new version of the gose, this one is infused with Apriums!

Apriums are an apricot that was pollinated by plum pollen instead of apricot pollen (which sets it apart from a Pullot which is a crossbred Plum and Apricot). They have a strong apricot flavor with hints of plum and raspberry and add a deep red / hot pink color to the gose.

This version of the gose doesn't come around often because Ryan hates trying to process the little bitty pits out of 15 pounds of them!

Speaking of Ryan, he's giving another clue on Batch #304 for the second image (the one that's obviously not fruit) - "Don't be too salty when this gets revealed!"

Have a great week everyone!

Happy Friday!

Tonight we're releasing a new version of our Bonus Fruit IPA and this batch came out incredible. Ryan tried a new hopping technique that gave this beer an incredible aromatic punch, which in turn gives it more flavor. This batch uses the following hops:

Rakau (Peach / Pineapple)
Belma (Strawberry / Grapefruit)
Krush (Berry / Mango / Fruit Salad)
Dolcita (Honeydew / Peach / Candy / Coconut)

You get tons of coconut and fruit salad notes in the aroma followed by juicy ripe berry and candied fruit notes in the flavor, with a great bitter punch at the end.

Stop in tonight and grab yourself a fresh pint and a 4-pack to take home with you. Tonight's Flagship Friday Beer is White Mage.

Have a great weekend everyone!

Happy Friday!

This is probably the most boring exciting image we have posted in ages. Let us introduce Batch #304.

For the first time ever, Ryan has decided to brew a full sized batch of beer and not announce what it is until it's release. Is it a long requested fan favorite coming back? Maybe something from the first year or two we were open? Something new? He's being so tight lipped about it that even Josh isn't in the loop.

For the next few weeks expect some pretty random looking posts from Ryan as he teases the beer, but be careful, he's been known to use a red herring or two just to troll. We won't be confirming or denying any guesses.

Today's Flagship Friday beer is freshly canned (this morning) Hopsassin's Creed. Get $3 off unlimited 4-packs all night long with the coupon in the app.

Have a great weekend everyone!

Happy Tuesday!

We're releasing this year's batch of Untitled Gose Game sour a bit early so that we can have more options on tap this week!

Every year, Ryan brews this beer using wild lactobacillus from the back of the brewery, so every year it's a little different. This year's strain wasn't nearly as aggressive as last year so it created a less acidic, more approachable version of the gose. It's got a great lemon zest aroma from the Lemondrop hops with a refreshing tartness and a slightly salty finish from the pink Himalayan sea salt.

We've got the base version on tonight at 4pm with fun hacked versions showing up in the upcoming weeks!

This beer is only available on draft, there won't be cans of any of the versions.

Have a great week everyone!
