Java Pearl Craft Coffee

We are BEYOND excited for this drop. Inspired by our Dutch friend we have perfected our own branded Stroopwafel. Java Pearl is now home of the Original Texas Stroopwafel! How can you get one of these? We will have this as a regular item on our food truck that we are planning on launching mid to late October. In the mean time if you want some reach out and we can make a drop off happen!

Lots of progress on our trailer! We have been working on some big things over the past 6 months. Last year we attempted to launch bottled lattes. We were actually doing amazing with them, but someone reported us. It turns out we had read the new cottage kitchen laws wrong so we had to shut it down. Even the inspector thought it was strange someone would report it for selling them in one store. It was really a simple fix we just needed a commercial license BUT the fact that someone would try to hurt a small family business was enough fuel for us to want to hit back hard. So that being said... Come August we launch the new trailer, new commercial bottles, a new specialty sweets side business, and even more!!!

We have always had so many awesome supporters and we are so excited to be able to bring all of you even more great product!!!
