Elementary: 7:35 a.m. - 3:15 p.m. (Doors open at 7:10 a.m.)
Secondary: 8:20 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (Doors open at 7:50 a.m.)

Our vendors donated 1,338 pounds of food for the Community Caring Center in Azle!! 🫶

Azle ISD kicked off the 2026-27 school year today with our annual Convocation & Vendor Fair at Azle High School! 🎉

More than 100 local businesses & organizations participated in the vendor fair which took place prior to convocation, allowing Azle ISD employees the opportunity to spend time together, have some fun, and support our local businesses.

Employees were welcomed by Superintendent Todd Smith, School Board President Bill Lane, Azle Mayor Randa Goode, Chamber Board President Chris Wynn from the Azle Area Chamber of Commerce, and Azle Education Foundation - AEF president Phillippe Lalonde.

Assistant Superintendent Jessica Hanson gave an amazing keynote address to get fired up for the new school year! 🙌

Pledges were led by AHS Student Body President Nadia Vidal, and Azle High School Cheer and Hornet Muscle, Dazzlers, and Azle Marching Green Pride performed to wrap up the event.

✨ TONIGHT - We have the Azle Masonic Lodge #601 AF & AM Cornerstone Ceremony at the NEW Azle Junior High! 💚

Join us tonight, August 6, at 6:00 P.M. in the Azle Junior High Cafeteria. This event is open to the public.

➡️ NEXT WEEK on August 11, at 4:30 p.m. is the Azle Area Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting Ceremony followed by an open house until 6 p.m.

Azle ISD has partnered with the YMCA to provide after-school care on our elementary campuses. 🏫

After-school care will be available on all days when students are in school. Care will be provided from school dismissal until 6:30 p.m.
