Most people don’t start thinking about Christmas until Black Friday…

Christmas in July? Jason calls that being late.

Jason starts in JANUARY and finishes by MAY! 🤯

He creates all of his own custom artwork, we make his tumblers, and by summer his Christmas shopping is wrapped and DONE. 🎁

Meanwhile, every Christmas week we’re hearing:

😅 “Can I get 24 custom gifts by Friday?”

So when Jason came in to pick up his final order, we surprised him with matching shirts because honestly…

A quick but important reminder…

We’ve recently noticed something happening that we need to address.

Many of our customers purchase DTF transfers to press at home, and we love being able to offer that option. However, we’ve had several instances where customers bring in their own blank shirts to match with their transfers and then take one of our blank shirts instead, leaving theirs behind.

Taking one of our shirts and leaving your own behind is not an exchange—our inventory must be purchased just like any other merchandise in our store.

We work hard to keep a wide selection of quality apparel in stock for our customers. When shirts are swapped, it creates inventory shortages and losses for our small business.

If you’re bringing in a shirt to compare colors or styles, that’s perfectly fine! We simply ask that you keep your shirt with you while shopping and leave our inventory on the racks unless you’re purchasing it.

We sincerely hope this doesn’t continue, because we’d hate to change our policy and no longer allow customers to bring in outside shirts. Please don’t let the actions of a few take away a convenience that so many others appreciate.

Thank you to the overwhelming majority of our customers who always treat our business with honesty and respect. We appreciate you more than you know. ❤️
