Out here servicing an A/C wishing I had some A/C out here.

Yes we do stay current with our certs and we definitely enjoy every opportunity to better ourselves participating in any automotive training we can.

2014 ram 1500 No air from vents hot or cold.
Another shop diagnosed saying it needed fuse box.
Customer brought to me to replace but still did not work. Further inspection I found broke wire to blower motor.
Now I did find the typical burnt connection at the fuse box but was that the real issue or was it just this wire?
Or how did this wire get like this to begin with. I really hope it was just an accident.
Either way A/C back to functioning properly and another happy customer!

Honda pilot with complaint of A/C not cold. Found the suction and discharge hoses had rubbed together causing a hole. The cause - severely worn motor mounts which allowed the engine to move enough and the hoses to constantly rub each other.
