New project car GR86 🤝 I cant wait to learn more about this chassis and why its so popular. It for sure will not be a big camber stance car haha the end goal is just a fun and somewhat simple drift build while getting in the seat time along the way. After curb slapping my genesis back in the day circa 2015, I forced myself to put off my goals for drifting as I learned the hard way I couldn’t afford to mess up my only car while still pursuing the things I wanted to accomplish in the automotive world. Fast forward to current time I’ve been planning on getting a GR Corolla for a couple years but it kept getting pushed back due to unfortunate major life events over and over and over. Right as I was about to finally pull the trigger I realised I was more excited that getting one meant I was finally 1 more car away from an older chassis drift build so I changed direction to this. I’m so much happier with this choice, I can’t even believe I almost got the Corolla. Anyways theres a bunch of stuff I could say but yada yada I aint readin all that. New car, good time 👍

The kit is still in the works but just waiting on the diffuser to come in now before I get everything painted 🤝, new wheels are about a month out, and i ordered the biggest car part you can possibly order which should be here any day now 👀

I know this will get taken out of my context and im not saying i invented tri spokes but i think its really cool to see the rise in popularity especially on cars that wouldn’t traditionally run that style. When i come across a cool car on tris ill comment just saying something like “the tri spokes go hard” and 90% of the time the response is “your car made me want them” or something along those lines. Im just happy other people enjoy the same weird niche style stuff as i do and if i can open peoples eyes to something they might not have thought about before then thats a W in my book 🤝 with that being said… new wheels on the way 🫪

My lips have gotten so many little rock chips over time but i was not expecting VJC Wheels And Tires do just fix them for me and thats why theyre the goats. A fresh set of Lexani Performance Tire all around and finally getting off this set from the sema trip. Now i can start the real test of how much longer will they last with all the changes ive made recently. Alignment today after work and then back to prepping the rest of the kit this weekend 🫡
