Every number represents a father. Every father represents a family.
This week, Fathers Fighting 4 Fathers Community Mentorship Inc. had the privilege of engaging 69 fathers and men who are preparing to reunite with their sons, daughters, and families through our Pathway Forward Initiative.
Thanks to our continued partnership with the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services (DPSCS), we’re able to meet fathers before they return home—helping them prepare not just for release, but for restoration.
Family reunification doesn’t begin on release day. It begins with intentional preparation, accountability, healing, and hope.
Through Pathway Forward, our commitment extends 365 days a year, connecting fathers to mentorship, family reunification, workforce pathways, financial literacy, MVA learner’s permit and driver’s license support, and the resources needed to return home as present fathers, providers, and leaders.

When we talk about public safety and creating a Pathway Forward for at risk youth ages 13–17, it begins with diversion—and it ends with stronger families.”
This week Fathers Fighting 4 Fathers had the privilege of engaging and standing alongside the Maryland Secretary of the Department of Juvenile Services Betsy Fox Tolentino and Baltimore County Councilman Julian E. Jones at the Baltimore County Public Safety Town Hall to hear and discuss solutions for our youth and communities.
“Meeting young people where they are” with tangible opportunities they can put their hands on today—
Through the Safer Stronger Together (SST) Initiative, FF4F with its partners -share that we worked directly with appx- 467 youth over a 15-month period, through schools, community outreach or referral- empowering youth to achieve milestones through family reunification, MVA Learners permits passages and fee waiver M&T Bank financial literacy & banking workforce development, and high school completion.
At FF4F, we believe relationships turn policies into outcomes, and diversion—not detention—creates lasting public safety by giving youth and families a real Pathway.
