Today is National !

To celebrate JP moms and their kids, we help families open 529 investment accounts to save for their children’s future college expenses.

In 2025, JP invested over $97,000 in 529 accounts for JP kids, giving them the foundation for a brighter future.

Last Saturday, the community experienced a truly special “Queen for a Day” Mother’s Day celebration, made possible through the generosity and heart of Baltimore’s own Derik Queen. We are deeply grateful for commitment to giving back. His desire to honor single mothers created a day filled with joy, care, and unforgettable moments for the moms of Jeremiah Program.

A special thank you to Derik’s
Mom, Lisa for joining us and sharing words of encouragement and reflections on her own journey as a single mother.

It takes a village to create moments like this. We are incredibly thankful to every partner who helped remind our moms that they are valued, deserving, and worthy of celebration

welcomed moms to an incredible shopping experience and gifted all 50 Jeremiah Program moms an Under Armour bag filled with accessories.

BLK Swan hosed a beautiful lunch experience that included special touches like a specialized menu, that made the day feel extra special.
excursions transported our moms in style and truly treated them like queens throughout the day.

provided childcare support so moms could fully enjoy and embrace the experience.

When moms win, families win — and communities win.

That belief is part of the inspiration for the JP Legacy Award, which recognizes the children of JP alumni who are making an impact in their communities.

HUGE Thank you to the over 80 community members who joined us for Raising the Stakes 2026! We had a blast at celebrating JP moms and introducing JP to a new group of supporters. We also raised funds to support our services! Shout out to our event sponsors CAM Construction, , and Michele Baskin, and our volunteers Holly, Reagan, and Collin! Everyone who came together helped raise over $7,300! Any gift to JP Baltimore goes towards supporting all of our programming for moms in college and their children. Thank you for such a wonderful day! Couldn't join us? Look out for our upcoming events this summer and fall!

Last week we had the absolute pleasure of welcoming our newest cohort of Empowerment & Leadership graduates into the JP Baltimore family!

Empowerment & Leadership is a 12 week precursor course all JP moms take before officially joining the program. This course helps build new skills and community so moms can dream big for the future!

Congratulations to our newest graduates! We're so exited to help you and your family grow.
