18 months from now you’ll either have results or excuses.
Time is going to pass anyway and growth is not at all about waiting for the “right time.” It’s all about deciding that this time counts. Because whether you move or not
the days are still going to pass you by.
Are you becoming who you said you would
or just talking about it?
Focus on growth, bet on you. IJS..Move accordingly.🔑
See you at the top

Heavy on the I create my own magic.
Me to me: Time to go harder.
You'll always hear me talk about how thrilling and nauseating entrepreneurship is. It is a very UNsexy thing😂

As an entrepreneur, knowing your numbers is one thing. Understanding them is a completely different language. It's art & science.
I joined Coaching for Impact program about 3 years ago when I was at 700k in revenue and needed mentorship on undestanding what it all meant and how to get it to flow to sustain operations.
Entrepreneurs, you have to know & understand your numbers. It's non negotiable. Big thank you to Chase for inviting on the panel🙌🏽💯

I’ve been called Miranda Priestly more than once. Which I think is a little dramatic, but whatever. 😒
So when sequel drops May 1st, I had an idea. What if we made it a Girl Boss Day in Baltimore?
A few of us women entrepreneurs go see the movie then, ***Mindset Snob twist*** afterwards we sit down and talk about the part people always miss:
Leadership.
• The difference between having standards and being labeled “difficult”
• Leadership vs. likability
• The expectations placed on women in positions of authority
• The cost of ambition
Basically turning the whole thing into a masterclass conversation for women building businesses.
If you’re in Baltimore and would come to something like this, email [email protected].
But I’m curious…
Do you think Miranda was actually mean, or just operating at a level most people can’t handle? 👀
