We are still riding the wave of excitement after watching 50 Dwyer Scholars cross the stage earning their CNA certificates at our most recent graduation in Baltimore at Southern Baptist Church.
We couldn’t be prouder of this incredible group and all they’ve accomplished.
Here’s to the late nights, the big milestones, the people who cheered them on—and everything that comes next.

Briyona started her healthcare journey as a CNA with us — but she didn’t stop there.
Her story is a great reminder that sometimes your first step is just that: a first step.

We’re celebrating some incredible Dwyer Scholars who recently graduated from Launch Point CDC Inc as newly certified CNAs! 👏💙
And this is just the beginning. At least three graduates are already looking ahead to becoming Registered Nurses (RNs) and continuing to build their careers in healthcare. 🩺✨
Through the support of the Lone Star Grant, these Scholars had the opportunity to earn their CNA certifications and take an important first step toward a brighter future.

Three milestones, which means three reasons to celebrate!🎉
This month, we’re celebrating Alyssa on 1 year, Jodi on 3 years, and Jim on 4 years with DWD! 💙
Each of them brings something different to the team, but they have one thing in common: they show up every day ready to make an impact — for our Scholars, for their teammates, and for the mission we’re all working toward.
From year one to year four, we’re so lucky to have these three on the DWD team!

We were honored to participate in the Monte Alto Health Fair, hosted by the AltaCair Foundation! 🩺📚 With back-to-school right around the corner, the event was designed to set local students up for success! We distributed backpacks and school supplies while sharing information about our healthcare workforce programs. 🎒
🎉 Big news! We are officially in Ohio and West Virginia!
