10 years ago this year we lost our brother Robbie Asbury. Without his relentless enthusiasm and endless encouragement this band would not still exist, and the taste he imbued on me continues to inspire our musical output to this day.

When we first disbanded in 2014, Robbie pushed me more than anyone else to keep creating no matter what project it was with, and I am forever grateful for that. Our shared struggles with addiction and watching so many friends and family lose their battles with it ignited the spark that brought about the rebirth of For Fear Itself, and we’ll continue to say his name until we join him in the ground.

Come celebrate his life with us in November at Shamrock Inn with a line up that would have made him lose his actual mind, featuring Suffer Through, a reunion set from the legends in And It Must Occur, Carronades, dontstartnone420, and Head/Split

3 years of RØT 💊 who’s still listening?
