We recently finished converting a 9,000 sq ft penthouse office into 5 luxury residences.

This wasn’t just a renovation; it was a complete remodel.
✅ Our team coordinated with property management and downstairs residents on logistics for installing plumbing.
✅ All MEP systems and walls were removed and replaced to create a new layout.
✅ Residences were completed with high-end finishes, custom cabinetry, millwork, flat trim, flooring, and spectacular lighting.

Barbara brings a wealth of construction industry experience to the table, which will be beneficial as she teams up with our project management crew to keep our projects running smoothly.

Meet Mike Grecco, Senior Preconstruction Manager. Mike helps clients navigate the earliest stages of construction by developing budgets, evaluating options, and identifying opportunities before work begins. His experience and attention to detail help set every project up for success.

We are grateful to have Mike leading our Preconstruction team and look forward to his continued success with UrbanBuilt.

Another project successfully completed! In early June, our team wrapped up the construction of RBC Wealth Management's new luxury office on the 5th floor of The Standard on Bond.

RBC Wealth Management’s Senior Vice President, Patrick Pollard, said:

Although The Standard on Bond’s ribbon-cutting happened this past summer, our job isn’t done until every inch of it has been constructed with purpose...Stay tuned for the completion of Pvolve and Social!

Yesterday, Jason, Michael, and Shannon had the pleasure of meeting with Shannon Brown, Adam, and Gavin from the The Maryland Zoo in Baltimore to learn more about the Zoo's mission, its impact on our community, and its exciting vision for the future.

We're proud to share that UrbanBuilt is now a Corporate Member of the Maryland Zoo.

We truly appreciated the warm welcome, engaging conversation, and the opportunity to learn more about the incredible work happening at the Zoo. We left inspired and excited about the opportunities ahead.
