β˜€οΈβ›³ Our staff social at Topgolf was a blast!

With the sun shining, blue skies overhead and a cool breeze, we had a great time swinging the clubs, enjoying lunch and catching up with one another.

Of course, we had to add a little friendly competition, which came with plenty of laughs, cheering and team spirit! πŸ˜„

We’re grateful for opportunities like this to connect, have fun and spend time together away from the office. πŸ’™

On September 13, 2026, Belvedere Safe Streets, our very first Safe Streets site, reached an incredible milestone: 365 days without a homicide.

This achievement reflects the dedication, persistence and hard work of our violence intervention team, along with the many community members and partners working every day to build a safer Baltimore. One year without a homicide is worth celebrating. And it’s proof of what’s possible when we work together to prevent violence and create safer, stronger communities.

Congratulations to the entire Belvedere Safe Streets team on this remarkable milestone!
