TOPP Chimney Solutions LLC

Yes we can do faux chimney surrounds metal, composite, etc

This chimney was “repointed” a few years back. Now it’s been done properly. Partial rebuild top corses, repoint top 5’, masonry crown repair, flexcrown, masonry cleaner, water repell, etc.

My folks in Ellicott city that have chimney damage from the recent storms last week, we can help !!! 🧱 💦

‼️ This one hits home, not all chimney guys are created equal. What started as a simple inspection, quickly unraveled to a slew of fire hazards. These customers moved into this house a few months back with two infants thinking their fireplace was “safe to use”. Whatever chimney company performed the fireplace Reline failed to seal voids in smoke chamber area, properly pour the masonry crown, and installed NO INSULATION around the stainless chimney liner, etc. This is a BIG no no !!! I cannot believe there are companies out there that could consciously leave a job like this, I wouldn’t be able to sleep at night! Mind boggling. Topp Chimney crew got them back in action … the right way 🔥

This heavily corroded galvanized flue stack had finally bit the dust. Unfortunately this is a common occurrence when stainless steel is not used.

Installed 35’ of stainless steel chimney liner (lifetime), stainless top plate, cap & screen, t kit w clean out, all new connecting vent pipe, + more 👌🏼 good to go 😎

This customer in Cockeysville flagged us down while working nextdoor. We found a cracked crown, and cracked terra cotta flue liners. After proposing a few repair options, we landed on this beautiful MATRIX 1900 wood burning insert ! 🪵 🔥 we also took care of the crown, repointed loose mortar in the firebox & more. 🙌🏼

🧱 This chimney received a much needed rebuild and extension to comply with current standards. These old used Baltimore sewer brick chimneys are always fun 🤩 . We also did some repointing below the flashing, grind & repoint chimney rake, cut out about a half dozen spalling brick and feathered in new, new crown, cap & more for this new customer in Joppa.
