Yesterday! We had a blast at 4th Annual Older Adult Summit by Mayor Brandon Scott ✨✨ You know our founder Mica loves keeping Older Adults active in Unconventional Ways. Our motto is “ Move it or Lose it” Thanks so much Aetna and The Mayor office of Aging and Advocacy for inviting Moxie Movez. Yesterday was a remarkable success. We truly brought the community together through fitness at the Big Energy Fest, with families of all generations coming out to participate.

Movement is medicine, and it is vital that we continue encouraging our loved ones to stay active so they can maintain their health and independence into their golden years. Thank you to everyone who made this event possible.
