Dear Potential Dad,
It's me, Cinnamon.

You may not know me yet, but I'm the 57-pound sweetheart currently spending Father's Day wondering what it's like to have a dad of my own.

Would you throw my tennis ball even when I bring it back covered in slobber?

Would you tell everyone, "She's not spoiled," while secretly sharing pieces of cheese with me?

Would you let me sit on your lap, even though I'm clearly not lap-dog-sized?

Would you laugh when I give you an enthusiastic nose bop because I got a little too excited about seeing you?

Would you tell me I'm a good girl when I show off my sit, shake, and down skills?

Because I would really, really like that.

The truth is, while lots of dogs are spending Father's Day with their families, I'm spending mine in boarding.

I'm trying my best to be patient, but boarding is no place for a young, affectionate girl who just wants someone to love. I have so much to give—cuddles, loyalty, laughter, companionship, and enough forehead kisses to last a lifetime.

Everyone says I'm an easy girl to love. I'm house-trained, crate-trained, dog-friendly, smart, playful, and happiest when I'm curled up next to my people.

What I don't have is a person of my own.

Right now, I urgently need a foster or adopter so I can get out of boarding and back into a home where I belong.

So this Father's Day, I'm asking one simple question:

Do you want to be my dad? (Or my mom. Or my family. I'm not picky.)

🚨 SNOW NEEDS HELP NOW. HER SITUATION HAS BECOME DIRE.

For the past 6 months, 3.5-year-old Snow has been thriving in foster care while patiently waiting for someone to choose her. She has been sweet, loyal, loving, and hopeful every single day. But now, for the first time, her foster situation is becoming unsustainable, and we urgently need a new foster or adopter. 💔

Recently, Snow's foster took in a grand-dog who will be staying for several months. The puppy energy is simply too much for Snow, and her foster is now juggling four dogs while also working full-time and volunteering at the shelter. It's become an enormous strain, and while she loves Snow dearly, we need to find another option for this deserving girl.

And the heartbreaking part? Snow was an absolute rock star at our event last night. She was so well-behaved, soaking up attention, meeting people with her signature smile, and showing everyone what an amazing companion she is. We just need someone willing to give her a chance.

62 pound Snow absolutely adores people—big, small, and everyone in between. Human companionship is her favorite thing in the world. She wants to be part of your everyday life, whether that's neighborhood walks, couch cuddles, or supervising snack time like it's her full-time job.

Snow also has mild kidney disease that is managed with medication ($15 a month), and she doesn't let it slow her down one bit. She still approaches every day like it's the best day ever.

After 3.5 years of waiting, Snow deserves more than another setback. She deserves a home. She deserves stability. She deserves someone who sees what we see every single day—a truly wonderful dog who has somehow been overlooked for far too long.

My name is Xavior, and I'm an 11-month-old, 70-pound bundle of happiness looking for my forever family. My foster family loves me, but they also want to help save another dog in need. As they say, the inn is full until I find my happily-ever-after.

I'm the kind of dog who can spend the morning on an adventure, the afternoon playing in the yard, and the evening curled up next to you on the couch. I love meeting new people, enjoy hanging out with other dogs, get along with cats, and handle public outings like a total gentleman.

Sure, I'm still a teenager, so I occasionally sprinkle a little mischief into the day, but I'm eager to learn, treat-motivated, and always ready to make you laugh.
