7 years ago… my life didn’t look like this at all.

In February 2019, I launched Lovely Overload with nothing but a vision, a wax pot, and faith.

On March 18, 2019, I took my very first client inside of Turning Heads Salon…
just days after coming home from serving a weekend in jail. (So ghetto 😩)

And I still showed up.

I didn’t have it all together.
I didn’t have a perfect plan.
But I had something in me that refused to give up.

What started as one room… one client… one service…
turned into something I couldn’t have even imagined back then.

In November 2022, I took a leap and rented out the entire salon space.

In March 2023, I had my official grand opening.

And today…
Lovely Overload is home to three amazing beauty professionals and a community of clients who have supported me through every phase of this journey.

7 years later…
