As a first-generation college student, Eric always wanted a bachelor's degree but he wasn't sure how to navigate the path to one. Then, a CCBC professor encouraged him to attend a transfer fair where he met an advisor who introduced him to Degrees to Succeed and put him on the path to The University of Baltimore .

Now, Eric is an MBA student at UBalt thinking of becoming a doctoral candidate.

"The 25th anniversary of the tragic events of Sept. 11, 2001, is a day that reminds us of our vulnerability while illuminating the strength, unity, and resilience that define the American spirit," writes CCBC President Dr. Sandra Kurtinitis in her latest blog post. President’s Blog: The Enduring Legacy of 9/11 Honor the 25th anniversary of 9/11 through remembrance, reflection, unity, resilience and a renewed commitment to community and compassion.

As we mark the 25th anniversary of September 11, CCBC invites the community to join us in remembering the lives lost, honoring the bravery of first responders, and recognizing the lasting impact on families and communities.

Throughout the day, we will host memorial ceremonies and a National Day of Service project to write thank-you cards for local EMS professionals.
