Inheritance Academy is looking for a dependable, organized, high-energy Café Care Coordinator to take ownership of our school café and make sure our children are served safely, efficiently, and with CARE every day.
This is NOT a chef position.
We need someone who knows how to MOVE. ORGANIZE. PREP. CLEAN. SERVE. RESET. REPEAT.
Experience in a restaurant, fast-food environment, hotel, food service, restaurant management, hospitality, or another fast-paced service environment may be exactly what we need!
WHAT YOU’LL OWN:
• Daily breakfast & snack preparation/service
• Food-program regulations & requirements
• A clean, sanitized, organized & inspection-ready café/kitchen
• Food, kitchen & café inventory
• Restocking supplies
• Food-service routines & documentation
• Smooth daily café operations
THE SCHEDULE:
Monday–Friday
Approximately 7:00 AM–11:00 AM/12:00 PM
✨ NO EVENINGS • NO WEEKENDS • HOLIDAYS OFF
PAY: $20–$25/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
We’re looking for someone dependable who notices when we’re running low BEFORE we’re out, understands the kitchen needs to be reset, and knows cleanliness, organization, food safety, and consistency are part of the job EVERY DAY.
You must enjoy working with others, be comfortable around children, and successfully pass a criminal background check and employment requirements for a licensed child care environment.

You see an Inheritance student and her mom. What we see is a little girl whose dreams will someday come true and a mom who is realizing, every day, that it’s not too late to dream. 💚🩵🩷🧡
We see two people who walk into a building every day where LOVE is being poured out from 15 classrooms, the kitchen, the admin wing, and everywhere in between.
On this National Day of Encouragement, we want to take a moment to thank every HEART that goes into making the Inheritance dream come true. There are far toooooo many of you to name, but please know that you are seen. 🫶🏾
Ms. Dawn, Ms. Kayla, Chrissy and D, although you’ve ventured over to Bowleys, we still see and appreciate the love you continue to pour into making our programs successful. The children and families we serve are blessed to have you!
