THIS IS WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO
Jerroneโs story started with us as a shy young boy who struggled with a speech impediment. Through speech classes, friendships, and a supportive community, he began finding his voice and building confidence.
Years later, weโre proud to see how far heโs come. Today, Jerrone is a high school graduate and works with the Baltimore Orioles. โพ๐
This is why we do what we do. ๐
Because every young person deserves a space where they can feel supported, find their voice, build confidence, and grow into who they are becoming.
And there are still so many stories being written.

Sometimes, life can feel like a lot. ๐
Between responsibilities, expectations, and everything happening around us, feeling overwhelmed can happen to anyone. What matters is recognizing when we need a moment to pause, check in with ourselves, and reach out for support.
Here are 5 reminders to help you navigate those moments:
๐ Name what you're feeling.
๐ Take a break without guilt.
๐ Focus on one thing at a time.
๐ Connect with someone you trust or a mental health professional.
๐ Reconnect with yourself through mindful breathing, stretching, or journaling.
You don't have to figure everything out today. Take it one moment at a time, and remember that support is available when you need it. ๐

Today, we pause to remember September 11, 2001, and the lives forever impacted by that day. ๐๏ธ
We remember those who lost their lives, honor the families and communities who continue to carry their memories, and recognize the courage of those who responded and helped others.
May we continue to remember, reflect, and lead with compassion, kindness, and care for one another. ๐

Today, weโre recognizing the National Su***de Prevention Day or 988 Day and the importance of making space for conversations about mental health, support, and hope. ๐
Music canโt fix everything, but sometimes the right song can help us pause, breathe, reflect, or simply remind us that weโre not alone.
We put together a 988 Day playlist with songs that speak to hope, encouragement, and getting through difficult moments. ๐ง
Listen to these 5 songs and find the full playlist on our YouTube channel. ๐ถ
And remember: your reason is reason enough to reach out.

Some days can feel heavier than others. When they do, remember: you donโt have to carry everything by yourself. ๐
Whether youโre going through a difficult moment or youโre worried about someone you love, take a moment to pause, listen, reach out, and remind yourself (or someone else) that there is still hope beyond this moment.
You donโt have to figure everything out today. Take it one moment at a time. ๐
If youโre struggling, please reach out to someone you trust or connect with a mental health professional. You deserve support, and you donโt have to face the hard moments alone.
We made it through Week One of a new school year! ๐
New classes. New routines. New challenges. Maybe a little chaos.
But if there's one thing to remember this school year: ASK FOR HELP. And while you're at it, be kind to yourself, keep growing, be the best version of yourself, and don't be afraid to WOW yourself! ๐โจ
Now tell usโฆ
๐ฌ How was your first week of school?
A. I crushed it ๐
B. I'm getting there ๐
C. We need to talk about it ๐

Before school startsโฆ pause before you push forward. ๐
Maybe you didn't get to do everything you wanted this summer, and that's okay. Don't let the things you didn't get to do overshadow the things you did.
Take a moment to reflect, check in with yourself, and get ready for the new school year, one step at a time. ๐โ๏ธ
A summer worth remembering. โ๏ธ๐
