We love seeing our Room 2 friends taking in the Holy Days, learning, exploring, and growing in all directions! 🥹💛

Our Room 2 friends took a special walk around the beautiful Baltimore Hebrew Congregation grounds and participated in their very own age-appropriate Tashlich ceremony!

Tashlich is a tradition often observed during the High Holy Days where we symbolically let go of mistakes from the past year and think about how we can make thoughtful choices moving forward. For our littlest learners, that meant talking about simple but meaningful ways we can be kind, caring friends; using gentle hands, helping others, sharing, and making good choices. 💛

As we prepare for Yom Kippur, experiences like these give our children an opportunity to explore Jewish traditions in a way that is meaningful, hands-on, and just right for their age.

We are so proud of our Room 2 friends for taking time to reflect, learn, and think about how they can bring a little more kindness into the year ahead. ✨

How sweet to have our Alef Beats (2nd - 7th grade) alongside our Kol Rinnah Congregational Choir, both led by Cantor Ben Ellerin, for the High Holy Days!

What a beautiful way to welcome 5787. Thousands of us gathered under the open sky at Oregon Ridge for music, prayer, reflection, community, and a whole lot of joy.
